Our sewage treatment plants are customized based on client requirements. While Activated Sludge systems are nearly obsolete, we recommend modern technologies like MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), SBR (Sequential Batch Reactor), or MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor) based on your specific needs.
The Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) process uses thousands of polyethylene biofilm carriers operating in mixed motion within an aerated wastewater treatment basin. Each carrier increases surface area for beneficial bacteria to grow, creating an efficient and compact treatment system.
Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) technology performs all treatment processes in a single reactor basin through timed sequences of filling, aerating, settling and decanting. This compact system provides excellent nutrient removal and operational flexibility.
Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) systems combine biological treatment with ultrafiltration membranes, producing exceptionally high-quality effluent suitable for reuse. The membranes completely retain biomass, allowing for higher MLSS concentrations and smaller footprint.
